pick-up time, installed equipment etc. Users can book ambulances from different hospitals or private services.
Project Duration: 6 days
Tools used: Figma, Notion
Problem Statement

Secondary Research
Sources used for doing secondary research:
YouTube
Google News
Google Playstore
Behance (For case studies)
My motive for doing the secondary research:
- To know if there is an existing solution for this problem and how that is solving the problem.
- To understand how important the users feel such platforms to be or if there are any ways to improve the user participation in these types of platforms.
- To get some inspiration to generate ideas to improve the user experience and create awareness in public for the smooth mobility of ambulances.
What did I get to know from the secondary research?
- While going through the playstore reviews and details of the application on it, I noted that there are not many downloads for this kind of app which implicates the fact that people don’t find it necessary to install such apps on their phones unless a situation arises. The reviews in the playstore also gave me their pain points and needs of users along with the tips to improve the overall user experience of the platform.
